Chromatin Dynamics and Cell State Conversion

I’m Patrick

In the Fall of 2018, I began my laboratory at the University of Rochester studying how epigenetic marks drive cell state transitions during development and in carcinogenesis. Previously, I was a postdoctoral fellow in Brad Cairns Laboratory at the Huntsman Cancer Institute in Salt Lake City, and I received my PhD from Cornell University in January 2013.

Please feel free to look around and ask questions or leave comments. My lab is always recruiting talented and passionate researchers, so if you are interested in working with me, either as a student, postdoc, or collaborator, please contact me.
